أعلن المبعوث الخاص للرئيس الروسي إلى سوريا ألكسندر لافرينتييف، أن روسيا تدعو الشركاء الأتراك إلى ضبط النفس لمنع المزيد من التصعيد في سوريا.
وقال لافرينتييف في بداية الجولة الـ19 لمباحثات التسوية السورية في أستانا: “ندعو زملائنا الأتراك إلى ضبط النفس من أجل منع تصعيد التوتر وليس فقط في شمال وشمال شرق سوريا بل في الأراضي السورية كلها”.
وشدد على ضرورة مواصلة العمل بالتعاون مع كل الأطراف المعنية لمحاولة إيجاد حل سلمي لـ “القضية الكردية”.
وأفاد الدبلوماسي الروسي بأن تركيا لم تخبر روسيا مسبقا بإجراء عمليتها الجوية في سوريا والعراق، مضيفا أن سيتم بحث هذا الموضوع خلال اجتماع أستانا.
وأوضح: “نحاول إقناع شركائنا الأتراك بضرورة تجنب استخدام القوة المفرطة في الأراضي السورية”.
وتابع أن روسيا لا تزال تعتقد أن آلية إيصال المساعدات الإنسانية إلى سوريا عبر الحدود قديمة، مدققا: “بالطبع، سنتحدث مع شركائنا عن عمل الآلية العابرة للحدود لإيصال المساعدات الإنسانية. ما زلنا نعتقد في روسيا أن هذه الآلية عفا عليها الزمن ويجب التخلي عنها”.
كما أكد أن الغرب يحاول استخدام الملف السوري كأحد عناصر المواجهة مع روسيا، معبرا عن اعتقاده أن انسحاب القوات الأمريكية من سوريا سيساعد على استقرار الوضع.
وأضاف أنه لا يوجد حتى الآن أي معلومات بشأن موعد ومكان إجراء لقاء اللجنة الدستورية السورية، مشيرا إلى أن روسيا ترى التوصل إلى اتفاق بهذا الشأن ممكنا.
