أعربت روسيا عن قلقها من موجة التصعيد الجديدة للأزمة اليمنية بما في ذلك الغارات الأخيرة على اليمن وضربات الحوثيين على السعودية والإمارات، معتبرة أنها تشكل تهديدا للأمن الإقليمي.
وقالت وزارة الخارجية الروسية، في بيان أصدرته اليوم الثلاثاء: “تشعر موسكو بقلق من التقارير حول تصعيد الأوضاع في اليمن وحوله”.
وتابعت: “تفيد المعلومات الواردة بشن غارات جوية مكثفة من 20 إلى 22 يناير على منشآت مدنية وعسكرية في الأراضي الخاضعة لسيطرة جماعة أنصار الله. وتم في 21 يناير تدمير سجن بالكامل في محافظة صعدة، ما أسفر حسب المعلومات الأولية عن مقتل 87 شخصا وإصابة 220 آخرين. وفي محافظة الحديدة تم تدمير مركز اتصالات وتلف كابل تحت البحر ما أدى إلى انقطاع الإنترنت في الجزء الأكبر للأراضي اليمنية”.
وأضاف البيان: “من جانبهم نفذ الحوثيون في جماعة أنصار الله ليل 24 يناير قصفا بصواريخ باليستية استهدف قاعدة الظفرة في الإمارات والمنطقة الصناعية في جازان بالسعودية، كما وجهوا تهديدا بأن الضربات على الدولتين المجاورتين ستستمر حتى ما وصفوه بالوقف الكامل للعدوان على اليمن”.
وأردفت الخارجية الروسية: “ندعو جميع الأطراف المتورطة في النزاع إلى الامتناع عن أي أعمال قد تؤدي إلى سقوط ضحايا جدد بين السكان وتفاقم للأوضاع الإنسانية. ننطلق من أن تبادل الضربات والانتهاكات المتعلقة به للقانون الإنساني الدولي تمثل نتيجة مباشرة للأزمة السياسية العسكرية الحادة المستمرة في اليمن منذ نحو 7 سنوات، ويشكل تصعيدها الجديد تهديدا حقيقيا للأمن الإقليمي”.
وختمت الوزارة بالقول: “إننا على يقين تام بأن خفض المواجهة وحل المشاكل المتعددة، التي يواجهها اليوم اليمن والتي تشعر بها بدرجة ملموسة الدول المجاورة له، سيسهم بإطلاق عملية تفاوضية شاملة بين الأطراف اليمنية تحت رعاية الأمم المتحدة. ونحن مصممون على تقديم دعم نشط للجهود المناسبة للمبعوث الخاص للأمين العام للأمم المتحدة المعني باليمن، هانس غروندبرغ”.
